Comtoise clock circa 1880/1890 with petite sonnerie, 3/4 strike on 3 bells, and full-hour strike with repetition on a gong. 8-day rope-driven movement with anchor escapement. The decorative brass plate, created by Léon Paget (stamped "L P"), features C-scrolls, flowers, and butterflies and is paired with a matching pressed pendulum. The brass plate retains its original painting. Enamel dial with Roman hour numerals, signed: Albert LANGRÉE (66, rue du Port de Lorient) Succursale à Quimperlé Haute-Ville.
