9-inch Comtoise clock mechanism with anchor escapement and pressed pendulum, from around 1880/90. Half-hour and full-hour chime on a bell with repetition on a gong. Date display. Decorative plate and pendulum, still with the original painting, marked: DEPOSE CN. "CN" stands for the company Carl Neufeld from Iserlohn, which sold embossed decorative plates and pendulums to France after 1871.
