Brass embossed decorative plate from a Paris manufacturer, marked LE PANIER B W PARIS. Dial signed: PIQUEMAL à Commentry, Breveté Déposé. Lyre pendulum with an embossed lens. Anchor escapement, half-hour and full-hour chime on a bell with repetition.
