10-inch Comtoise clock with automaton pressed pendulum from the period 1880/1890.
Anchor escapement, half-hour and full-hour chime on a tone spring with repetition.
The pendulum and decorative plate still bear remnants of their original painting.
In time with the pendulum, the sawyer and a saw in the small window move.
The decorative plate and pendulum are marked: LP (Leon Paget).
The model "LA CULTURE" was combined here with the saw mechanism.
