11-inch Comtoise 8-day clock with verge escapement and folded pendulum from around 1845. Depiction of a flutist serenading his beloved. Two-piece embossed decorative brass plate with lower extension. Half-hour and full-hour strike on a bell with repetition. Chiseled star hands. Enamel dial with Roman hour numbers signed: Bouron fils à Sainte.
