Comtoise clock from the Louis Philippe period, circa 1830/35, with verge escapement and folded pendulum featuring a rosette motif. Half-hour and full-hour strike on a bell with repetition. Two-part embossed decorative plate with oak leaves and pinecones, where the division is not at III and IX as usual, but the entire upper section is attached and fastened with screws.
